Dr. Steph is trained in a wide variety of chiropractic techniques. She trained at Life University in GA for four years after completing her undergraduate degree at Iowa State University. Dr. Steph studies with and worked alongside the top neurologically-focused chiropractors at one of the largest clinics in the United States for nearly two years before deciding to return to Minnesota to open a clinic of her own. Among her many areas of expertise and interests, she has seen a wide variety of patients from pediatric and prenatal care, womens health, fertility, to neuroemotional/mental health challenges and athletes. Everyone can greatly benefit from neurologically-focused care and I’m so glad to be able to make it available to the Twin Cities.
